And depending on the age of your kids, they shouldn't be watching MTV at all if you're cautious about what they watch.
Your reasoning falls apart when I point out the fact that generally chickens don't like having sex with people. Homosexuals are normally both consenting. On the other hand a dog and a guy the dog may not be. And if it is, and the human is enjoying himself too well hell have at 'er. Whatever floats your boat!Originally posted by: Deus3344

You guys seem to have backwards logic. I personal find homosexuals to be disgusting, but since most of you are O.K. with it how would you feel if they had beastality instead? What if the show was 2 guys arguing over a goat and at the end, they showed some risque scenes? Would you still say its ok to have it on prime time T.V.? Don't animal lovers need to feel more accepted into society?
IMO homosexuality is just about as disguisting as beastality.

And something I find more disgusting than two homosexuals having sex is fat (I mean 350lbs) women in shorts and a tank top!
Well maybe late night sure. I don't want my kids seeing animal sex but seeing a couple of guys kiss I don't think is going to turn my kids gay. Course I doubt seeing goat sex will make them goat lovers either, but explaining homosexuality is much easier than why some people happen to like goat sexOriginally posted by: Deus3344

I'll take the fat chicks anyday of the week
I was really talking about the concept not the actualy act...chicken, sheep, horse. Whatever its all disgusting, but you didn't answer whether or not you thought it should be on prime time TV.

Well it's comforting to know that your kids are on their way to hating homosexuals, or at least planning to hate them if they ever meet one.
How do you explain to a 7 yr old kid when she sees 2 guys kissing??? its perfectly understandable if we're talking about 12 - 14 y.o. Also, i have no intention whatsoever of teaching my kids to hate somebody becuase of the color of the skin, sexual preference, etc. That scene is just hard to explain to toddlers, plain and simple.
I know it's your opinion, but you're comparing apples to oranges dude.IMO homosexuality is just about as disguisting as beastality.

Why the hell would you be letting a 7 year old watch MTV in the first place? I know I wasn't allowed to watch it when I was that age. Of course kids shouldn't be watching that type of stuff when they're that young but they shouldn't be watching half the other stuff on MTV either. I mean have you seen some of the videos they play on that channel? Some of it is borderline porn.
