No, it isnt... Read it all again and pay particular attention to these two parts...

a British news website reported ... and, Qureshi has denied the report.

So its not an investigation by CNN's partner in India - its just something a "British website" posted. Not even a news agency - just a website. Also, the father denied its true. this has zero credibility, and this "CNN partner in India" should not have even posted it without verification.

The "story" comes from News of the World, which is the worst of the British tabloids (an achievement in itself).

One of their reportes POSED as a sheik (something they've done before to get other "stories"), i.e the story had nothing to do with SA or any other country in the ME.
But, again, the father denies it and I'd say he is a much more credible source than NotW.
