WTF verizonwireless.com?

It always boggles me that Verizon has set up their website so that you have to input and send your login name BEFORE it will establish a secure https connection. Thanks for forcing me to send half of my login info over an unsecured connection, jackasses. I've never seen another company do this.

My login name is my phone number. It's not really anything that is secure or isn't already out there on a list somewhere...

I switched to Verizon last December. Love their coverage. Hate their customer service (or lack thereof)
