He would fucking say that stupid ass shit.

I want a fucking jacket that doesn't look like complete ass, keeps my dry, and keeps me warm so that people cannot rag on my jacket for being so shitty. I WANT PEOPLE TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE PERSON AND NOT THE FUCKING CLOTHES ALREADY. JESSSSUSS

Oh, and I want it for $50 or less. I MEAN, IS THAT SO HARD TO ACCOMPLISH?

Being a poor college student and having zero social skills, who are you going to impress anyways? Nobody.

Don't you work at Ross? Use your discount and buy a jacket there, dumbass.

Kind of sad that you can't find a jacket with all of the discount/outlet clothing stores around and internet.

And no matter what anybody suggests here, you'd just tell us off b/c a loser like yourself knows better.

I'm always surprised at how much clothing exists. I recently set foot in Goodwill for the very first time looking for used CDs only to find a bazillion aisles of clothing, and from what I've discovered from looking at other thrift stores, it's basically the same. How can there be such a demand for so much clothing? My clothes are mostly several years old and no more than 5% of my skin is visible through the holes. I blame women.

I always buy my jackets at Kohls in the spring. I can get some sweet deals then.

I hit up Macy's when the very day they do their close out sale. You gotta get their early and on that day. 70-80% off North Face and all the best jackets.

400 dollar, high quality jackets for under 100 bucks. One can never have enough cold weather gear.

Trident the only people who buy jackets for full price during the winter are people who went full retard. Wear like 20 tshirts and wait until the spring.

Clothes molested me, and they never seem to fit. I can't find a single store that sells long sleeve shirts that are small. My body mass index is around 25 so I'm actually slightly fatter than ideal, but people my size are so extremely rare that no clothing store sells men's small. I might need to eat until I hit the "obesity" side of the BMI scale just so I can find some clothes that fit.

Psh... small?

Consider yourself lucky, I need X-Small and only a few stores that aren't kiddy brands (A&F, AE, Hollister - won't shop there) stock them. A small looks like a dress on me. Funny thing is I have a 37" chest, 30" waist, and a small beer belly. Length is one issue, but most of the time, it's just too damn wide for length to even begin to be a glaring issue.

Why don't you try looking for a similar jacket/style at a thrift store?

In LA, there are some amazing ones: Crossroads, Buffalo Exchange, and Out of the Closet. You can find a beautiful, like-new jacket there that retails for $100-500 for only $20-50.

Good luck looking and stay warm!

I've looked on many different days. They don't have them. There's almost nothing in my size at thrift stores to begin with anyway.

I just bought two "nice-ish" light weight jackets for $160 each. Suede leather. Enough to keep me warm in the Texas winter.

I was looking at some of the heavier wool jackets. $200-500? Egads.

$20 down jacket plus shipping, but the M will be too big for the OP.

Some of the reviews of this jacket are not so great:

Won't keep you warm, worst down jacket ever.

I walked about 50 yards in this jacket and froze.
The cold goes right through it.
Also, where the stitching is, there is no insulation at all. So the cold just goes right through.
I did not like the fit across the shoulders either, it did not feel comfortable to wear due to this.
If you want a down jacket to keep the cold away, this is not it.
I am returning mine.

I'm looking at Columbia jackets mostly. So, they're decent but not super nice... I don't know why Columbia thinks their jackets are worth $300 on their website. Talk about overpriced...

I agree with the Flight of the Conchords lyrics posted ITT.
Go to Ross/Marshalls/TJ Maxx.

I just got a columbia brand ski jacket for $34.99. Same jackets they sell at REI and sporting shops for $150+.

Also check for Columbia outlet stores and go during their clearance times (late winter, early spring) Last spring I got two jackets there for $50 total that would have cost me $250 at a regular Columbia store

I don't know if there are any columbia outlet stores in Seattle. I'm pretty sure there are one or two quite a bit south of Seattle... But, that's quite a drive. :|

Next time I see an aluminum can digger, I'll send her your way.

I prefer the non digging variety. The one who wants to be with you because you're you, not because you pay the bills ....

Maybe you want to be a sugar daddy, but I sure as hell don't.

Closest Columbia outlet stores SOUTH of Seattle are in Oregon...but there is one a few miles NORTH:

10600 Quill Ceda Blvd Ste 353
TULALIP, WA 98271
360.651.1382

(near Marysville)

But, a question of greater importance...Why are you whining about the price of "premium-brand" clothing? Do you expect everything to be WalMart priced?

Are you still working at Ross? (or were you too important to keep such a nothing job?)
