That IS totally different.
Whereas I'm shuddering at it.Digging the flatness, I must say.

The opposite of skeumorphism doesn't need to be flat. Depth is not the same thing as making your book application look like a bookshelf.

The one that comes stock with my Android phone, Motorola RAZR HD, is completely animated, and it's actually quite good, albeit not particularly full featured.Weather apps are a dime a dozen, and very few are actually good. This doesn't surprise me in the least.
iOS integration with the touch screens in cars? I didn't see Audi on the grid I saw, so I might be buying a new car soon. >_>
I am actually really liking the new iOS look. Reminds me a lot of some Samsung phones though. I have no idea what AirDrop is but they keep talking about it on Engadget's LiveBlog. I do wish they weren't sitting in BFE on the side though... You'd think they would get a middle seat to take better pictures.
Wowsers. iOS 7 supports both my iPad 2 and iPhone 4. iOS 6 is slow enough as it is on the iPhone 4, but I think I'll chance the iOS 7 upgrade anyway, because it's my wife's phone and she finds the OS speed fine.
It's clear we have very different expectations from our devices in terms of overall speed.
Airdrop is dead simple file transfer between iOS devices that are on the same wifi network.
Considering iOS7 supports true multi-tasking, it's going to be hell on single core devices.
My guess is they'll deactivate several features on the iPad 2 and iPhone 4.Considering iOS7 supports true multi-tasking, it's going to be hell on single core devices.
