He lost the title to Psycho Sid One night after winning it at the PPV Final Four.

Stone Cold and Savio Vega fought at WMXII and Stone Cold won by hitting Savio with the Million Dollar Belt.

I forgot how the Million Dollar Man was taken out but Bret Hert did eliminate SCSA.
It went like this, Bret Hart Eliminated Stone Cold but the referees didn't see, so Stone Cold came back in and threw out Bret Hart. Then Vader, Undertaker and SCSA were left and Taker won. Eveybody was pissed off so the whole Fatal Four PPV was based on this. The match in the PPV was SCSA vs. Bret Hart vs. Vader vs. Undertaker. Bret Hart won and became the WWF Champ because the title was vacated. The next night Bret wrestled Sid and lost the title to Sid because SCSA Hit Bret with a chair.
