I used it to send a payment (not this forum). Either iKobo screwed up or the seller's a scammer, but either way, I wound up getting screwed and charged for something I never received. Horrible customer service. Tried emailing their different support areas, tried calling customer service numbers on their pages to no avail.
Try a Google search for "ikobo complaint." Also check out the Better Business Bureau (
www.bbb.org) and type in their website. 17 complaints in less than one year of existence is not horribly assuring.
My two cents: don't lose yours at this site. It sucks.
