This is a decent site for local shopping at the B&M's. I like the free after rebate listings. Been using it for a couple of years and its paid off well for me.

There's another site similar (but a little better) out there too.. unfortunatally, I lost the URL when my computer crashed as I was moving from AZ to GA. Maybe someone else knows what the heck it is and can post it (I remember using it a LOT to get some really good deals).

I remember a place called ShoppingList.com that listed the price of almost every item advertised in local papers, even broccoli, but it went away at least a year ago and now links to SalesHound.com, which isn't nearly as complete.
