Nothing to speak with a CS rep....but if I entered my birthdate, social, and a couple other tidbits the CC would come withing 5 business days.
I fought the urge to scam it....and finally spoke with a rep....he explained that I was stupid and without her SS/birthdate/DL#/etc I would never get their card.....
I gave him all the info and he apoligized and said he'd take me off the list.
