What exactly is the 450W PSU you have now? Make/model?

Corsair CX450 available for $20 after rebate. It's cheap & good like you said.

the one whiich i have now is local made, dont know its name,a computer guy gave it to me few months back when i wasnt home, but the values are just 15a in 12v rail,34 a in 5v rail..and when i did psu calcultion its showing recommended is 600 to 700 watts... i am not sure i can buy it any sooner, they are expensive,so is this 450 corsair is really ok?

There are no "local made" computer power supplies. They're all made in factories, mostly in China. Surely it has some info on the label regarding its brand or manufacturer?

In any case, with such a high 5V capacity, that sounds like an outdated PSU.

and when i did psu calcultion its showing recommended is 600 to 700 watts...

PSU calculators tend to overexaggerate. Usually not by this much though. 600-700W is about double the wattage that you actually need to get by - yes a 350W unit would also be fine (provided it has the necessary connectors and is good quality). Your parts use about 200W in typical load, 250W at most (100W for the CPU, 50W for the motherboard, 50W for the GPU and some small amount for the rest).

i am not sure i can buy it any sooner, they are expensive,so is this 450 corsair is really ok?

Yes, that's a fairly decent unit. Not the best, obviously (given it's cheap), and lacks almost all of the bells and whistles like modular cables and quiet fan, but it's reliable and backed by 5 year warranty.

I don't see how you could get to 331W without a heavily overclocked CPU or a much more powerful graphics card. But, a decent 450W unit would still handle a 331W load just fine (though the PSU fan would be noisy)

oh that i kept 3 92mm fans,16 hours usage,x5470 cpu at 90% uitilization recommended(may be so showing 300+ watts ,and 1gb ddr5 nvidea gt 730,hmm yes there is no overclocking in the options and i too don like it much, just in case i would like to mention about my ram, all 3 rams are different ,2 rams are cas 5, one is cas 6..all three are different manufactures or company.
