I called my local Sam's Club to see what their situation is for in-store purchases tomorrow. They will have 20 Xboxes for sale, they will open at 7am for business members and 10am for regular members.

Yah, I immediately called my local store as well. I do have a business card, so I will wake my ass up good and early to get over there.

when i called Sam's club they told me that it was just the orders placed online on 11/14 that were being delayed. they told me that all orders placed on 10/24 (my order date) will ship on the 22nd. guess I will know soon enough.

they did preorders in oct
then on 11/15 did more preorders, they delay 11/15 orders, but yet on 11/18 they took more preorders on their site WTF.

Hmm...he asked me my order date (9/26/05) and then put me on hold for about five minutes before he told me it would be delayed. Regardless, I'm heading over to Sam's now. A little under 2 hrs before they open.

Your card has to say Business Member for you to get in at 7:00, otherwise it's 10:00.

I got one! I was 18th in line and they had 20. I'm at work now, but my nice shiney bundle is waiting for me at home.
