They don't claim to save you any money. The only 2 bundles that saves anyone money were from Sams and Costco.

Your point still stands, but there is an extra wireless controller/memory card/other crap that puts it from the $580 that you attempted to figure out to $680.

uhm, you know you actually didn't have to purchase the bundle...

my buddy ordered it this morning... he removed all the games except for madden and just kept the extra wireless controller and play and charge kit. he got his confirmation email and it should ship later today.

That is almost what I did, I removed everything except the controller.

I managed to get in this deal I removed everthing but the extra controller. Even though I was planning to get PGR3, I have a BestBuy cupon for 10% off game titles. Thought I should go with them and save a few bucks also did Free shipping, I got World of Warcraft to keep me occupied till the system comes. (I got Preinum btw)

Just check'd about 10 minutes ago and the Premium was available.

Cruised thru checkout without a hickup unlike my try on on launch day for CC

Pick'd up the minimum I could....System plus xtra controller.

I pick'd this up for a friend of the wife and will be sold to her at cost

Once I completed checkout it was already out of stock....They go quick

I don't know if this has been mentioned before, but I found it interesting that Best Buy has a big sign near their customer service desk that says the will give no hassle refunds for all Xbox 360 hardware and software ( opened or no ) purchased on Nov 22...

I'd almost be inclined to agree with you but there are far fewer good looking games for PS2 than xbox or gamecube, that alone is enough to make me want an xbox because almost all of the PS2 games look like crap on my hi def lcd. Socom 3? Sometimes I wonder if I put my glasses on because the visuals are all blurry aside from the NPCs.. ugh.
