Costco xbox360 is premium NOT core.
This looks like the same set as costco, except the costco bundle comes with the plug and charge with battery pack, whereas the sears bundle just shows a battery pack.

Sears's is the Premium version. Comes with another Wireless Controller, PGR, and a battery pack.
