Yeah, I have to agree with you on that, it's still a kinda crappy way to treat people though. You're 100% right though, buyer beware and read the dang description.
I did note that the buyer had a 0 feedback, so maybe the chump selling it will get stuck with the fees involved with selling a $300+ item! Serve him right.
