Do you not like Adult Swim? Home Movies, Aqua Teen, Sealab, and Space Ghost are great.

I love how people say the XBOX is a computer, save your money. Yet, it doesn't run any computer software. PS2 has linux available and all supposedly great Linux programs people rave about. Which one is the computer again? I'm not backing the XBOX, but I think it's rediculous to bash something that is obviously helping the industry we love. More competition means better games, lower prices, and more innovation since everyone is trying to beat the next guy. Even if all you own is a PS2, hoping the XBOX does moderately well would be in your best interest in relation to gaming. It pushed technology and knowledge futher on a gaming level to have more people employeed and R&D'ing in the industry. That means next year, games are better than what they would have been, no matter what system you own.

Have you seen Justice League? WOW!!!!! I also like Samurai <sp> Jack, and once in a while will catch Powerpuff Girls and Dexter's Lab. Cartoon Network rox

Why? It's not like the PS2 or NGC are made by al Qaeda or anything. Plus Microsoft does worse to America than anything Japan does.

If you want to see an example of anime dubbed right, where the emotions and inflections of characters voices don't get mangled by the translation, start there.

i recently read an interesting article about the xbox in the WSJ and it spoke about xbox being the American pitch into the Japanese neighborhood of console entertainment. it wrote about a long time Microsoft Exec. of Japanese ethnicity who had a stellar career with MS but asked or was assigned to head up some aspect of the Xbox development (from a mgmt aspect) and he had to go to Japan at lengths to persuade the Execs of Japanese game companies to have their companies develop for the Xbox. A very thorough article and talked about many things, that this MS exec. had to slowly (and not fully successfully) 'win' their (Japanese game developer) trust and respect. The view is that MS is a bully, when it's not in a position to be. MS is coming into SONY and Nintendo neighborhood both hardware and software wise, so they MS should be more humble, they feel. They feel why should they develop for Xbox, allocating valuable resources to something that is new (Xbox) and something they don't really believe in when they are fully happy as it is making stuff for PS2 and Gamecube consoles. They're also reluctant to port over games that are bread and butter franchise series on Japanese consoles.
