Yeah, but from what I read you've gotta install a mod chip and that requires soldering and stuff. I guess it's neat but I'm not going to risk my Halo/Halo2 machine for a Linux install.

Now where was that tech paper from the guy at MIT who cracked the boot code...


With that you can "sign" your CDs. (ie no need for the mod chip).

man, just imagine in 10 years when Xbox's go for $50 on fleabay & they're up to the Xbox2012, & we all buy as many as we can find to install linux & get crackin' some more
