I was just there. They had 20-40 of them @299.95. Also no waiting in line for register. they have like 40 of them up right now. clerk said they won't get busy until late afternoon. If you were wanting one get it now.

I think I got a better chance at getting an X-Box than a BigMac!

here in Michigan, the xbox's are kind'a rare. Most BestBuys are out, along with Target, Sears, ect. Finally found one in Walmart. So yes, they are hard to find in places.

I saw X-boxes in stock at least 3 or 4 places today alone.

If you are close enough to Canada, buy it there.
Xbox and Gamecubes are in stock EVERYWHERE.
Then some stores have like $30 Cdn off coupons and you're getting them at pretty good prices after you factor in the
Canadian dollar discount and the tax you'll get back upon crossing the border.

It appears that it depends on the area you live in. We have all kinds of XBOX's in Northern california. Gamecube is entirely another matter. Most places are always out of stock on these.

they are also online at www.kbtoys.com . It is regional that some xbox are still in stock. Around southern california, I still cannot find one available just by console.

we in socal have problems keeping fresh air and water in stock, let alone xboxes. man, sometimes you get sick of this crap, but then again, it is the greatest place on earth.

Maybe it was just this weekend, but for the past week, I've seen X-box's everywhere here in SoCal (Best Buy, Toys R Us, Target, etc). I live in San Diego. No one I know of who has wanted one has had any trouble whatsoever procuring one. Of course, if you waited until the last minute, then like someone said, everything's out of stock everywhere . Also, no PS2 shortages, I was in TRU the other day and they had at least 50 stacked up on top of their shelves, guess everyone's got one already.
