Extend. Order more than one if you wish...it will just keep adding onto your account.

Also of note, free shipping is done with USPS. Got a tracking number than showed up 3 days later in the USPS system. So, while buy.com said shiped the 25th, the first tracking from USPS said they were notified of shipment on the 28th. I had the card on my doorstep the 29th.
