I've tried AngelGamer, GameFly, and GetAnyGame. AngelGamer was alright, but the shipping time was pretty long (about 4-5 days) to get from TX to CA. Also, their availibility for their games is quite poor. At least 50% of the games on my queue displayed a "short wait" or "long wait" next to it. Next, I signed up with GameFly because they were based in Los Angeles, but they just ship the game with no manuals. This is fine for some games, but I like to play RPGs and you really need the information that the manual provides. They are also the most expensive of the 3 services at $21.95/month for 2 games. GetAnyGame is located in Irvine and I receive the games usually within 1-2 days because I live near the area. They also ship only the games, but they have the manuals available online in pdf format which is pretty nice. They also give hints and cheats for a lot of their games. Their selection isn't quite as large as GameFly, but if I send a feedback message to them, they usually respond within a few hours and the game that I requested is added to their inventory for me to rent. I've been very happy with their game availability. I had no problems getting popular games such as Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. I only had one occasion when a game was unavailable, but that was sent to me on my next return cycle. Their site isn't as pretty and refined as AngelGamer or GameFly, but I don't really care about looks, only quality of service. Also, I like the fact that they don't seem as "corporate" as the other sites. They seem to be constantly updating and improving their site based upon user comments. They respond very quickly to suggestions and comments that I have and seem very friendly. They also have a unique program where I can send in my games for them to rent out to other members on my behalf. I get paid $2 commission for each time the game rents. Its kinda like turning myself into my own online rental service. I can't say how well this works yet because I haven't sent in any games, but I'll let you guys know when I do. Overall, they still have some refinement work to do, but I've been happy with their customer service and will stick around to see how they evolve.
