on 3-6-08 my 360 RR'd. I called XBOX support and they set up a case, gave me a case number and said i box would be delivered in 72 hrs. 7 days later no box. I call again CSS on the other end says she doesn't know why a box wasn't sent but started a new case, again told me a box would be there in 72 hrs. 7 days later still no box. I call again this time the guy says he will email me a shipping label and I can pack it myself and send it in. This had me a little worried about not sending it in with a box that was provided and then not getting it serviced, but he assurred me this was ok. well it is now 24 hrs later and i havent received the email. i call xbox support again and am told that their was a new number for this case and would have to wait 72 hr before i call back. I havent had my box for 2+weeks and am jonesing to play some COD4.

Anyone know of someone else I can call to get this repaired besides 18004myxbox?
