Update with who has the chip and who has overclocked it to what:
Myself: P6T Mobo, 3.2GHz @200BLCK, @1.25V, 3200-4000Turbo
jason166: P6T Mobo, 200-205BCLK, 3200-4000Turbo
TerryMathews: MSI X58A-GD45, 200-215BLCK, 3600-4000Turbo
ragnarok77: Bloodrage Mobo, <150BLCK
rolodomo: Bad Memory Control - sent back for replacement
Markfw900: X58-UD3R Mobo, 3.4GHz@190BLCKx18
Yreka: X58 Sabertooth Mobo, 3816@212BCLKx18 @ 1.3V
Aurkitu: P6X58-E WS Mobo, 3.6GHz@200BCLKx12 @ 1.26V
So consensus seems that some ASUS boards (mainly vanilla P6T) have problems with turbo of 18x working in Windows. Other boards seem to work fine with it. Most system should be easily be able to hit 3.6GHz (18x200BCLK) at or under 1.3V.
