Asus bios doesn't have that option.. I can add up to .6 volts for a total of 1.65 volts (adaptive). After that I have to move a jumper, then voltage can be set between 1.7 & 2.2 volts for extreme overclocking. I haven't moved the jumper.. yet.
I'm not squeamish about about giving these Xeons enough juice to operate properly at the frequency I set. Intel says TJmax is 96C & they will last 10+ yrs. I found out where my cpu throttles and stay below that thresh-hold (with my cooler, about 1.55 volts peak).
