The last time buy.com had the C20 on sale I checked with Xerox about Windows 2000 compatibility.
Their reply is below:

Thank you for your message.
Although we do not yet have a Windows 2000 driver, we do have a
workaround that enables you to use your DocuPrint C20 with Windows 2000.
We are retaining a copy of your message and will notify you by e-mail
when the Windows 2000 driver for the DocuPrint C20 is available.
The Windows NT 4.0 driver can be used for a DocuPrint C20 in a Windows
2000 environment. Here is the installation procedure:
#1 - Download the driver as follows and place it on your desktop:
Go to the Xerox drivers and utilities web page located at:
http://www.xerox.com/go/xrx/drivers_utilities/drivers.jsp
Use the "Choose a Product" pulldown menu to select "DocuPrint C20"
Use the "Operating System" pulldown menu to select "Windows NT 4.0"
Use the "Language" pulldown menu to select the language of your choice.
Click "Go"
#2 - Double click on the file and unzip it.
#3 - After it is unzipped, click OK and then go to "Start, Settings,
Printer."
#4 - Double click on "Add Printer" and go to the manufacturer's list.
#5 - Click on "Have Disk"
#6 - Type in "C:\xdc20" and then click "OK"
Note: During installation, you will see an error message stating that
the printer is not licensed in Windows 2000. Skip this and continue.
It will not affect anything.
#7 - It should say DocuPrint C20. Click "OK" and continue through the
rest of the install.
At this point it should copy files and print a test page.
If we can be of any further help, please let us know.
