BEWARE!!!
I did the same deal as "pcx" posted above. The card arrived from Buy.com very quickly. Only problem was that it was DOA.
Lookins at the XFX forums at
www.xfxforce.com, I notice that there is a real problem with quality control for these cards. This is particularly apparent after they changed from providing 2.2 ns memory to 2.8 ns memory (they did a real good job on keeping that a change a secret). The heatsinks are falling off the memory chips left and right. Fans are failing. Aritfacts are showing up. Lockups, etc.
The change in the memory was not well documented, and customers are po'd. Look at the newegg customer reviews.
Back to my direct experience. I rma'd the card a week ago. There has been an issue that I needed to get some feedback on, and these folks do not reply to their emails! This outfit is either severely understaffed, or they don't have a clue about customer support. Between having a DOA card and not being able to get a response, I am thinking that I have made a major mistake.
But then, if you have $210 to spend on a lottery ticket, go right ahead.
