XFX 7900GS Fan Noise

So, I got my new PC all up and running last night and it's great. The only thing that kinda bothers me is the fan noise of the video card (XFX PVT71PUDE3 7900GS). It's not terribly loud but it is kind of annoying. It sounds like the fan is scraping up against the plastic housing or the PCB. Sort of a like a loud "shhhhh" sound.

Anyone else have this card? What did you do, if anything, to deal with this?

its normal to do at boot and possibly under heavy load sometimes

if it does it always then i dunno
