AFAIK this is a Seasonic Rebranded Unit, Jonnyguru's review was very favorable. Enter promotion code Aug10 for 10% off (expires today). Should come out to be around $132 shipped before rebate.

They also have the HAF 932 on sale for $129.99 with free shipping, seems decent (though it was $115 last night with their ATX case sale...I should have bit...)

it's a seasonic m12d with xfx packaging on it. looks nearly identical to hx850, only difference appears to be 5yr warranty instead of 7 for the corsair.

corsair looks like ~ $150 AR right now, with this deal the xfx is $110. would highly highly recommend this unit for that low of a price.

According the the HardOCP review, it's actually been tweaked a bit from the m12d. The main change is that it has been switched to a single-rail unit.

I was going to bite at that price even though I don't need it, but it shows up as $124.99 AR for me. Still a good buy if you need it.
