I've been reading this forum for a while now and it saved me a lot of money on computer stuff. Reason for my post is that I ordered from this company twice, during their "x-hour" sale. First time I ordered, I got my order in about 5 days and when I opened the package, one of the items I had order wasn't in the package. So I email xoxide and ask for a replacement. It took them 8 days to reply to my email saying that they are having email problems and will send me the replacement as soon as possible. I still haven't recieved it. The second time I order was the dual cc kit. When it arrived, I found that one of the cathode was broken so I email them again for a replacement. No answer so far and if judging from my previous experience, I have about 4 more days to go til I get a response and god knows when before I see anything in the mail. Sorry about the length and I'm not trying to thread crap, just sharing my experiences from this company.
