So its been a while since I upgraded my computer, so I didn't keep up to date with all the new processors and such.
Hoping to upgrade my processor, harddrive and memory this summer.
Anyone willing to share their knowledge with me?
Maybe just listing which processors are best?

Did you guys get the backplate for the K7S5A Pro? I seem to be missing it and don't have an extra one that fits. My box had the ties on it and no return sticker on it so I pretty sure it's new. If you did have one can you tell me where it was or do I need to exchange for another board? Here's a pic it's the thing in the middle: backplate

Fry's knows about the problem. ECS sent a whole shipment without the back plate in the box. When I got one last weekend they told me a shipment of plates was coming in on Monday (4/28) and I picked up one on 4/30. The plates will be at the returns counter, so bring your receipt.

So they just give it to you with the reciept or with the board? My fry's is 45 miles away from me.
