Which fan should I use with my xp - 90 heatsink

I was considering using one of these two but I wanted to get some opinions first.
panaflo FBA09A12M
or the panaflo FBA09A12H

Are those the M1 and H1 fans respectively?? I have the H1 on my SLK-948U cooler (92mm fan) and from what people are telling me, it's giving me good temps... Of course, I want lower, but that might not be possible...

I've been running a Prime95 torture test for the past half hour and the max it's hit is 46C. It's ranging from 44-46C on the processor, and has been for a while... My idle temps range from about 30-34C depending on what else I have running... With some apps running, it's 33C, with different ones it's 34C...

Take that as you like... BUT, with the XP-90, you could see even better temps. Depending on what you do to your processor and which one it is.

yeah those are the fans that your describing. As for what you were saying I think that you could go with something like the vantec tornado, or even an ultra high speed panaflo fan and you would probably see a little bit better temperatures. But if my temperatures were at what yours are I wouldn't really worry about it to much

Yeah, that's the general feedback I'm getting on the temps during the prime95 torture test I'm running... pushing 50 minutes and still no rise above 46C. Still going between 44C and 46C max.

I won't be putting on the tornado unless I can find a way to control it so that it doesn't sound like a leaf blower on steroids. I like having a quiet system, but I want it to run cool as well. Maybe I'll get some 120mm fans that move more air for the case (they better be the same or less db than the stock ones or I won't do it) to help reduce the noise. Although these are damned quiet as it is... The VERY loudest fan inside my system IS the one on the processor. With that spinning slow, you have to really listen hard to even tell the computer is running (or look at the power LED and/or display).

If I had the XP-90 I'd get a high CFM (noisy?) fan w/ a fan speed controller so I can have the choice of warm & quiet, loud & cool, or somewhere in between.
