XP Administrator Login

Alright, I'm running on an an install of XP Pro that I just put on a brand new hard drive. Whenever I start-up or restart, I get automatically logged into the Administrator. I only have one other account and it's a password protected Administrator. I'm just wondering, how can I disable the Administrator login and keep my login only?

EDIT: Sorry for wasting a post- found out how here.

EDIT2: The above method just made my computer freeze at windows loading screen. Any ideas?

Usually the administrator account is the account that is not used as a normal account. You need to have another account name with administrator rights setup.

The "Administrator" account is an account that is built into Windows XP as a failsafe in case somebody forgets their password. This allows tech support to easily help people recover their passwords.

You can delete/disable it, but I would advise against that. You are given an option to put a password on it during the Windows XP install if you're paranoid though.

If you want though, you can use TweakUI to change which account you are automatically logged into.

Boot into safe mode (F8 before you get the to the Loading screen), and select your normal account (or the admin if you can still find it). Undo whatever you did

Thanks for the help. I got it figured out. Booted into safe mode and undid what I did, then I changed the admin autologon registry file.
