A friend of mine has a system that keeps giving him the blue screen of death. He had some type of cd burning software that came with his burner loaded and then he installed Roxio 5. Now it blue screens and he can't even boot into safe mode. He tried using the last known good configuration option and got in one time, but after rebooting now it still blue screens and even the last known good configuration doesn't work. He doesn't have any recovery disks. Is there any way for him to recover the install?
