Not yet, but I am up to date on just about all other Microsoft Updates except
WMP 11 (which I don't want) & no IE7 on my laptop (I prefer Firefox so I don't
miss IE that much) .. Most problems with SP3 are related to pc's with an AMD
chipset and in some cases, Windows updates won't install after SP3 ... just a
matter of reregistering some dll files .. there is a thread about that on this forum.
I installed it and Windows Search 4.0 on my nephews pc today and I really cannot tell the difference between SP2 and SP3. Most of the changes are under the hood.

I had SP3 installed on my older Dell laptop and it ran perfectly fine. I didn't notice much difference compared to XP SP2.
I had a problem with the SP3 on one PC.... it killed the IE7 installtion.. I had to uninstall SP3, then uninstall IE7, reinstall SP3... I've left that PC at IE6 for now, but will address that upgrade later.
On all of the other PC's I've installed it on, there have been no issues, so I think that one was just a fluke... at least that's what I'm hopeing.
After I installed SP3 twice, on new reinstalls (both XP Pro SP2 new installations), the Windows Update would no longer update (it would download new files but fail.) I searched for the error message entering it in search engine verbatim with quotes and finally found sites leading me to check my update.log I then searched for the error message which I found at the end of that log and found sites stating the update manager had to be reset (I forgot the exact commands, it was about 4 line commands to enter in the cmd/dos prompt.) That reset worked and new updates installed correctly.
I installed it last night, so far no issues...I'm not sure what it added but it took about a half hour to install so it must have done something I quick peak is microsoft site didn't really explain what the changes were, I'm guessing it is not gonna change my everyday computing...good luck!
SP3 has an odd openvpn bug. You can fix it with a registry entry, but it keeps resetting itself eventually. It has to do with using openvpn over wireless.
