Oh great. I installed SP3 yesterday. Now I have to use system restore and revert my system back to SP2.
I will never be a guinea pig for M$ again. Once SP3 does come out for retail, I'll wait a month or so for them to fix the bugs and glitches.

It's not fair to blame Microsoft when you had the choice and decided to download an uncertified version from another source.

So when is the FINAL version really coming out?

I consider this final.....I have NEVER seen a computer running MS dynamic RMS software in all my years. And i'll bet that not 1 person on this whole forum is using that software either.
This is a non-issue for 99.999% of the population
As noted, RMS installs represent only a TINY fraction of PCs out there. That it took this long to find the Vista SP1 incompatibility is evidence of that. Since there are MANY more XP boxes in businesses than Vista (especially in the smaller businesses that would use RMS), this XP SP3 release probably finally hit some RMS-bearing PCs.Originally posted by: postmortemIA
... and a stupid reason for microsoft to delay sP3 because it is manual installation.Originally posted by: daveybrat
