I have been working with iceman and getting all aspects of the OSX theme's to work propperly. If you look on his page, he has alot more to offer than just the basic visual style theme. Anything from icons, to system files, to programs, to tray properties, dlls, control panels, etc etc, including modified version of windows components. It is very tricky to get it all working, and i'm on day three of getting it done. There are many windows protection back doors you must take in order to get in through the ntfs system to overwrite many of the files like shtml.dll. Point being, give it some time and you can get basically every aspect of the windows enviroment to look like OSx.
I will post pictures of my results.
Items that will be modified the most are: Control Panel, Misc. Programs, Icons, Start Menu, Windows, Toolbars, Buttons, General Theme, Docking Station, dialogs, and much more.
