I've never heard of that board, so that pretty much means it isn't an nForce2 board, and you won't be able to lock the pci or agp buses. Look in your motherboard manual, or look it up on Soltek's website, and if Soltek says it will "handle" a 333mhz fsb processor, then you're all set, because that means it has dividers that will return the pci bus to 33mhz and the agp bus to 66mhz. If it doesn't, you can still overclock it slightly, but you won't get very far.
