I dunno about that.... when I was car shopping a few months ago, I got the dealer down to ~20k on a v6 coupe, but the color was really ugly... decided against buying it

Take her test driving - you never know what little things about the car your mom might hate or love. I would also look at the Mazda6 - when my wife and I were looking it was our favorite. Check edmunds.com for incentives.

Smart people KNOW that Japanese cars are usually more reliable than their domestic counterparts.
Also most ignorant asses don't realize that the majority of Honda Accord and Toyota Camry's are built in Ohio and Kentucky, respectively. Supporting the LOCAL AMERICAN ECONOMY. Yes the profits go back to Tokyo, Japan but they're built in the USA rather than Mexico, Canada, etc.
