Or sometimes it's in the glove box if it's not in the jam.Originally posted by: minendo
Look at the pressures listed on the driver's side door jam.
These pressres only apply to the original equipment tires. I would suggest running your tires at their maximum listed pressure on the sidewall as this will yield the least rolling resistance and the best gas mileage.Originally posted by: Heisenberg

yes I did look at the tires, and it only says maximum pressure of 51 psi..
My tires are currently at 25 psi, is this too low?

running them at that pressure, which is sometimes listed at a 44 to 51 psi max will wear out the middle of the tire fast. as far as the door jamb thing or the car manu spec, i believe it applies to all tires of the same size and load rating. If you buy bigger rims then you need to adjust tire pressure accordingly.

what size tire and what car is it for? Genreally for a low profile tire, like say a 225/45/17, i'd go with 34-38psi when cold.
Don't check your tires when hot as this will give irradic readings, unless you fill your tires with nitrogen instead of air.

I will not get the S03, my current ones are good enough (I hope mine will be cheaper than S03)
