I'm slightly baffled that she still thinks that she was somehow in the right in any respect. Her initial complaint and reason for confronting them was apparently bogus, she admits that she made racist comments, she admits "snapping", and despite also saying that she likes tacos - "just not in her neighbourhood" - she thinks she isn't racist. I wonder what her internal logic is for still thinking she's got a leg to stand on.

While I wouldn't be a racist piece of shit about it, I'd be pretty damn annoyed if there was a damn food truck sitting outside of my house too. That's not the place for food trucks, regardless of what kind of work is being done in that residential neighborhood.
