Yes, I asked him directly. He's a virgin...saving himself for marriage and isn't into the "dating" scene. I asked him if he is going to "date" when he find someone he's interested in or...? *sigh* Who knows. Not an ego boost. That's for sure.

Maybe I'm too old school or too traditional or closed minded, but I don't get why people date casually, or say it's just casual dating, nothing serious, or not exclusive. When I consider someone I'd want it to last, like marriage material.

Seems like relationships come and go so fast these days, and aren't valued the way I think they should be. People are fscking with other people's emotions. Sex is so commercialized and made so common people think nothing of it.

I'm happy to hear there's still men like him out there who still think that way and not go around trying before buying, or trying and returning it or throwing it back on the block for others to try, out of "convenience". But then there's also the stigma that if you're at a certain age, don't have a g/f and am still a virgin, there MUST be something wrong with you. Give the guy a pat on the back for me girl.

I didn't say that I criticized him. I'm just disappointed that he didn't tell me before this. We have been going out together for almost a month. It wouldn't have been discussed if I hadn't brought it up. I agree with you.

I'm definitely not forcing anything. I didn't know it wouldn't work before I asked. That's why I asked. I didn't want to keep wondering if nothing was there. There isn't. Time to move on.

I can see his side, which is why I'm not mad. We never called it "dating" and that's why there was confusion on my part. Sucks, but it's life. We're supposed to go see "Dead Silent" tonight, but I'm now running a fever. I need to see if I can shake it. I want to see a good scary movie. Anyone seen it?

Wow. This guy seriously lacks balls. Far more then I expected. If he doesn't date women he gets along with, HTF is he expecting to get anywhere? Not that I'm married or anything, but IMHO you can't honestly tell 100% if you want to be with someone until you date them, or at least hang out with them 1 on 1.

Also, any guy who's waiting until marriage for sex is weird at best. And not in a good way. He's probably gay.

I saw Dead Silent with my son last night, it was MEH at best. The music and cinematography created some slightly scary moments, but the plot was just stupid.
