I was well prepared. We got in a 35 minute debate. After class this girl comes up to me and starts asking me questions and we had a nice discussion. She said I'll see you next week and winked at me.
This happened to me once before when I was in English class the first day. He starts naming words and asking if anyone knows the definition, if you had your hand raised he would call on you to give the definition. I answered every one of his words, and this girl just came up to me after class and said "that was impressive, want to go get some coffee."
I'm usually pretty quiet in class and don't say much unless I feel inclined otherwise. Everytime I've spoken up though it has led to a girl coming up to me and initiating a conversation. Does this happen to anyone else or is it just me?

Dude... the definitions girl was BEAUTIFUL. She was like 8.5/10. She was a virgin and asked me to take her virginity. For some reason I couldn't do it. She felt dejected, it ended soon after.
The girl today was cute... maybe 7/10.
you've got to be kidding me.
No, I'm not. I've never taken a girls virginity. Passed up the chance twice. I only knew the girl for like a week when we were about to have sex. We were lying on her bed naked. I was on top, and I was just about to put it in. I couldn't do it. I had brought a condom and everything, because I suspected it would happen.
The reason I couldn't is because she is a very astute catholic. She told me when we had first met that she wouldn't have sex until she was married. I thought this admirable. She said "I'm a virgin, and I will be until I'm married. If you're not interested just let me know now". I replied "I'm very interested".
But for some reason when I was in the moment I couldn't do it. It just felt wrong. She's still a virgin and I feel good about that for some reason. Criticize me all you want, but I feel what I did was moral.

The professor is a jackass, I agree (english class is no place for that kind of discussion unless he's trying to teach you to write an argumentative paper)....anyway, what makes the OP a jackass?
