On the brighter side, the new year is just around the corner. You can use this to impower you to make some personal improvements.
I'm not saying do this as revenge but it will work in your favor: get a make over, go workout more, get new clothes, basically become a sexy beast.
Cut off all contact with her after you both get your appropriate personal affects back from each other. She'll come crawling back. But by then, you will be with a new gal who is many times hotter and treats you the way you deserve to be treated.
And, last but not least, karma is a bitch and will make its rounds in due time.
