When you are with her, shift the topic of conversation somehow to drivers license photos. If you are going to a club or bar or somplace where they card you, this is the perfect opportunity. Just make some comment about how you hate or like your driver's license photo and ask her to "see hers if you show her yours" or something flirtatious like that. Quickly glean the necessary information off the drivers license and hand it back. This takes care of it early in the evening and gets it out of the way and looks totally unsuspicious. The old drivers license photo routine works every time.

so just got back from our date. She's a T.A. at columbia and currently a PHD student (thought she had her PHD already). Very bright girl and very cute in person too. She looks much older in pics but she's only 24. We danced until closing time but she rejected my moves when I tried to kiss her on the dance floor,saying that she doesn't like kissing in public. So, on our way out, I invited her to the photobooth with me, closed the screen, and made out with her for a bit. She eventually stopped saying that she doesn't usually make out during the first date, but it was quite the good time. A nice girl, hopefully something will happen in the future. She really wants to see Pan's Labyrinth and, while I've seen it 3 times already, I'll see it a 4th if she accepts my future invitation.
