YAGT: If you found out your sister wasn't really your blood sister

This a sort of a spin off from a movie but just wanted to see what you guys/gals would do.

Scenerio:
Your true sister was accidently switched after birth with another baby girl. You two grow up together never knowing this. The two of you have a good brother and sister relationship. Then during your late teen years (18-21) your family and relatives find out about the switch. They do DNA testing and results prove that she isn't your real sister. The thing is, she has become super hot and now knowing that she isn't your real sister you start developing feelings for her. You know your family and relatives would be against it because growing up you two were in a way brother and sister. Would you still pursue?
