I lost 20 lbs, and no longer snore.

if it is really bad she might have sleep apnea, I would bring up my concern with her and see if she is willing to see a sleep doctor (don't know the official name for them) and get a sleep study done, I snored like a horse and it turned out I had a pretty bad case of it myself they got me set up with a CPAP machine and I've quit snoring and feel 10,000 time better now it was seriously like night and day.

have a better pic of her face? from the pic you posted it looks like she has a small nose and narrow chin. that often indicates a small airway making her more prone to snoring and apnea.
gaining weight will make it worse.

Earplugs might not always be an option - if you've got those in, and you've got to wake up to go to work or classes, an alarm clock won't do much good if it can't be heard.

well she does always say that.. she always feel tired.. doctors told her to take more iron pills.. ill wiki it.. and tell her about that also...

ya damn right.. i'd rather sleep solo.. or have her sleep on my futon. lolol.. but i did forget about having to wake up to my alarm clock.. shite man.. theres always something... lol

yea i rarely use the stuff.. all i need is one.. and im good to go...

is your girlfriend massive and fat? My dads friend snores like a maniac, its so bad there is no possible way you can fall asleep in the same room with him, I don't care how deep of a sleeper you are. His wife takes sleeping pills and alcohol when she wants to sleep.

Contrary to popular belief, Mountain Dew doesn't really have that much caffeine in it. No more then Pepsi or Coke. Yet somehow the myth got started that it has so much more in it. Don't know how that got started but 355 ml per 12 oz can is the exact same as coca-cola

I've given these to bad snorers several times, and it has always helped.

If she sounds like she's gasping, or her breathing isn't regular, she might need to go see a Dr about possibly having a sleep apnea.
