Yeah... previous owner used shitty stamped metal ragged edged mags that chewed up and rounded out the plastic mag catch and you could pull the mags out with your fingers.
I asked Keltec to sell me a replacement figuring $5 at most and they just sent me a new one free no questions asked.
Good as new now through it was filthy.
I didn't complain though knowing what they were selling for at the time and my chances of finding another any time soon.
I have a shitload of KCI 33 rd mags that are decent but I also have factory Glock 33rd that have a much sharper and deeper catch shelf cut into the polymer that definitely has a much more positive SNAP when the catch grabs.
If it ever fails again (shouldn't using proper mags) Ill just make a billet catch and be done with it.
Only other problem is the plastic spacer that keeps the catch spring under compression and keeps the catch tight can wear. Ill solve that with a longer stronger spring should that problem ever arise.
Keltec has cool stuff but they are what they are, cheap plastic range toys.
