Looks pretty good to me.
I ordered about $400 worth of underwood hot 10mm ammo this week, and another 5 15rd 10mm glock mags for the new glock 40.
Anyone ever build a dedicated 9mm AR lower?
I've been interested in a small (maybe even SBR) 9mm style AR. I found a good price on a dedicated stripped 9mm lower but not sure what all parts I need for the lower for a 9mm version. I built a lower for a 5.56 AR several years ago.
The lower I am looking at is a Yankee Hill Machine for $139. Not sure if going this route would save money or not.
It's either that go for something like a CZ Scorpion EVO pistol and then SBR it later.

They're going to do it over, I think they punted it pretty bad.
I kinda wondered about that slide myself, and wether it was supposed to look like it had been kicked around on sandpaper on the floor.
Yeah, I was surprised when I unwrapped it, less happy with it today... they got excellent coverage, etc, and they're covering shipping, the owner called me when I emailed them, he said he had new employees, and has been having problems with their artistic skills.
I'm familiar with the ar mag lock and such. I'll definitely be getting those.
There has to have been something in writing stating the bullet button meets the legal definition of a fixed magazine. Iirc the ATF is usually the agency that gives guidance in such matters.
If the CA DOJ really is to give guidance in two weeks it will be interesting to see what they say.

I guess I'm not seeing the (huge) risk of an accidental discharge if the rifle is on safe and you separate the upper. Obviously it's best to have an empty chamber.
I ordered some parts from midway to make my glock 40 problem solver be the solver of more problems. Kriss vector 45 acp mag extension that I am going to mod to make some 30rd 10mm mags. For reasons.

That's a lot of firepower for a pistol. Let us know how they work out, I may grab a couple before the impending ban. I fully expect mags >10 rounds to be banned in the next few years. Hell, they're supposed to be confiscated in CA in a couple of months.
You inspired me just picked up 3 mags for my FrankenGlock 20/21
