Thanks, man, it's so much fun to shoot. Done with the upgrades aside from probably removing the BUIS, maybe replacing with AR BUIS. You can see them, but you really have to tuck your head down low.Dude that Scorpion Micro is fricking boss.
The SIG 365 does look super great. I think I'd prefer the regular 365 version but the XL looks nice too.
My latest gun news is I finally managed to snag a police trade-in SIG P229 9mm (Aim Surplus ftw). I've wanted a 9mm 226 to replace my .40 S&W P226 and finally found this one. I don't care it's a 229 and I actually like that more because I have smaller womanly hands, so it fits better.
Now I just gotta sell my P226 somewhere. I've asked at Cabela's before but they said they weren't taking any .40s. This was probably a year ago; suppose I can ask again.
Has anyone sold anything through Gun Broker? Is it a hassle? Where do you guys recommend selling a pistol?
LOL. Reminds me of putting stuff on OfferUp/LetGo.I sold a couple via Backpage back when that was still around. A few people I know sold theirs via armslist.com. I would recommend you figure out how much you're willing to sell for and what paperwork you wanted with that (I insisted for a CCW) and then brace yourself for the next thousand idiots that don't read the 'no trades' part and offers you a 'smoking deal' for his beaten to hell AR.

Yeah I think I'd want to require a CCW too. Dangit I wish I just knew someone locally who wanted it, so much easier.
Yeah that's a good point. There's a gun shop I like and have had a couple transfers done through after ordering online; I'll inquire with them about it. Thanks for the suggestion! You can also try a local gun place. 2 of the places I haunt have consignment options. Of course they'll take a good bite out of your sale, but it does have the pro of them being able to do the paperwork and do the background check. That's the biggest thing for me, and why I insisted on the CCW. AZ doesn't require it for carry anymore, but it does show that you've already passed any background checks. At least this way you minimize the risk of some idiot getting ahold of your gun that shouldn't be allowed to.
This month's raffle win was a Beretta 92X. I was a bit disappointed here as when Beretta announced the 92X it was this amazing steel gun that finally had the safety going the correct way. Because Beretta gotta Beretta, they changed it into a family of guns. What was announced is now the 92X Performance. This is the 92X full size. I gather it has some new features than the normal 92. Tis a beefy bastard. I haven't fired it yet, but I'm expecting it to perform as 92s do. I am starting to think I might have too many guns now..
Not too many of them at my local range. Like...none.If you have never seen an article on Gun Bunnies before, here is the only one:

Paychecks are nice.
I got an X95 in Tan.
Also bought a Vortex Optics Razor and flashlight and extended charging handle that flaps closed and some other goodies.
This autumn I have a fancy ass riflemans course.
I picked up a Tavor (the original one) a few years ago and love it. Took it to a defensive rifle course (by MDFI here in Michigan) and it performed great, zero malfunctions or problems.Paychecks are nice.

The SAR is kind of a mess compared to the X95.
They put the charging handle in such a way that you dont get many accessory rails. Also I like the magazine release better on the X95 but a number of people stated that with practice, the SAR mag release is actually really convenient.
Oh, if you guys want the folding handle you can find it at Manticore Arms.
I cant link to it while on a work computer. (Weapons/Bombs)
