Wow, good timing on reading this thread. I just did the same thing with my ex of 4 years about 2 minutes ago. We've been apart for a month, due to the fact that she cheated on me. We'd communicate a few times a week, and see each other once a week or so. But when I realised that all that did was mess with my head, I had to just put an end to it. Any form of communicatino was torture.

It's an uber complicated soap opera of a tale, but ultimately, I felt great after saying dont call me. Now to start the healing process all over again.

This quote will actually remind me about the consequences of not following through. It's like drug-rehab.
