the phone you should get back from her rents but the activation fee you may just have to goatse it. as in bend over and start spreading cause they will probably not pay you back for that.

Send a letter (yes as in a piece of paper) Explain she was borrowing your phone and that its not hers. They have no business confiscating your property at any rate.

I was younger than 18 at the time, it wasn't statuatory, the laws are different in Canada. I did ALOT of research into this, because I was in alot of trouble.

And I don't have any nekkid pics of her.. just rather revealing pictures.. people on this board have seen them. They're of her in her bikini and stuff.
