You go ahead and keep thinking she has other "interests" and you'll do a great job of pushing her away.
You'll unconsciously cling and she'll notice.
Try too hard to impress her, she'll know you're desperate.
Trust me when I say the less you care the better your impression will be...but then again it may already be too late.
If you can convince her to go on another date then just act *normal* -- treat her like a friend, which she is at this point.
The whole distance thing and scheduling thing makes it hard to do any sort of activity. Don't worry about the possibility of other interests in her life, as there's nothing you can do but try to be charming enough to make her forget about them.Originally posted by: bubbadu

i talked to her online today... we live about an hour apart and both have very wierd schedules. I just have a bad feeling about the whole situation, that she has other interests in her life i am gonna try and do something tomorrow after work and we can go from there.

My biggest suggestion is to quit chatting with her and call her. To me, nothing could ruin a potential relationship worse than chatting all the time, and not enough contact, be it through phone or physical.
For a relationship to work, you have to have emotion, something you absolutely cannot convey through chatting over the internet, no matter how many smileys you put in it.
